Return & Exchange Policy


For domestic shipping:

VARNITHLAN takes care in delivery, but if issues arise, a return is only eligible for damaged/defective or wrong items, and crucially, a clear, uncut unboxing video starting from the sealed package is compulsory for any claim. For eligibility, the product must be in its original, unused condition, with a purchase receipt, and the request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery; note that custom-made orders are ineligible. Once a return is officially accepted, the customer must ship the product back within 48 hours (at their expense). After our Quality Control check, approved claims receive either a replacement or a Store Credit (valid for 3 months), as cash or UPI refunds are never made. Furthermore, no cancellations are accepted post-confirmation.All issues must be reported via WhatsApp within the initial 24 hours, along with the mandatory unboxing video, and the final decision rests solely with VARNITHLAN. By placing an order, customers agree to these terms.

For international orders, please note that all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or returns for any damage or missing pieces that may occur during transit. Before packing your order, our team will send you a picture for confirmation.
